Zuhair Mardam is the Chief Treasury and Investment Officer (CTIO) at BSF. He leads the bank's treasury and investment franchise, directing strategy across balance sheet and liquidity management, funding and capital markets, investments, trading and treasury sales.
In more than two decades at BSF, he has built deep expertise in fixed income, derivatives and balance sheet management across domestic and international markets. He led the Global Markets Group for three years before his appointment as CTIO in 2022.
Beyond BSF, Zuhair has helped shape the development of Saudi Arabia's financial markets. He has chaired the SAMA SAIBOR Advisory Group and the Saudi Banks' Treasurers Committee, and has served on a number of other industry committees and working groups.
